FLO by FootLabOS is the customer-facing service operated by Caballerz Network LLC d/b/a swarm&bee. These terms describe the FLO customer-care SMS program and apply when you agree to receive text messages from us.
The FLO customer-care SMS program.
When you give your permission, FLO by FootLabOS may send you text messages that keep you in the loop on the service: foot check-in reminders, secure links to complete guided foot check-ins, confirmation that a submission was received, insert production and fit updates, follow-up questions, and support messages.
This is a customer-care program. We do not use these messages for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent.
Your consent to receive these text messages is voluntary. Signing up for the SMS program is not a condition of purchasing or using the service.
Message frequency and rates.
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages when there is something to share about your check-in, your insert, or your service — not on a fixed schedule.

Your options.
Reply STOP to any FLO message to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for help with the messaging program. After you opt out, we will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. We may continue assisting you through non-SMS channels you have provided.

Delivery.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery of text messages is not guaranteed. If you do not receive a message you are expecting, contact us directly.
FLO is not an emergency or medical service.
FLO by FootLabOS is not an emergency service. Text messages are not diagnosis, treatment, or medical clearance, and they are not a replacement for care from a licensed clinician.
For emergencies, call 911. For urgent foot or medical concerns, contact your appropriate licensed care team directly. Do not rely on FLO text messages or this website for time-sensitive medical decisions.
