Privacy Policy.
FLO by FootLabOS is the customer-facing service operated by Caballerz Network LLC d/b/a swarm&bee. This policy explains what the site collects, how it is used, and your choices — including the SMS customer-care program.
What information the site collects.
When you submit information through the FLO by FootLabOS contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, the short message you send, your communication preferences, and the evidence of your voluntary consent to receive customer-care SMS messages from us (the SMS consent record).
We also receive limited technical information that your browser or device provides when you visit the site, such as the page you requested and basic request metadata.
How we use the information.
We use the information you send us to operate the service and to stay in touch when you have asked us to. Specifically:

- Delivering customer-care communications you have asked for.
- Sending secure check-in links for the FLO foot check-in flow.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Text messages from FLO by FootLabOS are customer-care messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers necessary to operate the messaging program or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.
FootLabOS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
Infrastructure and service providers.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure and service providers to operate the site and the messaging program — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS transport. These providers may process limited information about you, but only to the extent needed to operate the service for us. They are not permitted to use that information for their own purposes or for marketing.
Retention and security.
We keep the information you send us for a reasonable period — long enough to respond to you, follow through on the service you asked for, and meet our compliance obligations — and then we stop using it for ongoing purposes.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transport for data in transit.
Your choices.
You are in control of the information you share. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any FLO message. To get help with the messaging program, reply HELP.
